The source checklist is maintained in PORTFOLIO_CONTENT_NEEDED.md. It keeps public proof accurate, private and easy to approve.

- Before/after photos or product screenshots with private data removed
- Scope, timeline, deliverables and warranty terms
- Measurable outcome that can be verified honestly
- Written permission for any testimonial, logo or customer name
