1. CCTV Hardware Warranty
Completed CCTV installations feature a 1-Year Limited Hardware Warranty covering manufacturing defects in NVR recorders, IP cameras, and power supplies. The warranty begins automatically on the date of technician completion sign-off.
2. Starlink & Dish Alignments
Satellite alignments and mount cabling include written service terms for 90 days where applicable. We do not warrant connectivity drops caused by Starlink satellite network service outages, cloud cover, or force majeure occurrences.
3. Exclusions and Maintenance
Warranties are voided if equipment is tampered with by unauthorized technicians. Homeowners are advised to schedule regular AC chemical cleanings and electric fence clearance to preserve device lifecycles.
