1. Service Request and Booking
By submitting service request forms or scheduling technician dispatches on our portal, you certify that the property details, electrical fence bounds, and starlink roof coordinates provided are accurate. False coordinates can result in appointment cancellation fees.
2. Quotations and Invoicing
Quotations generated by the portal are valid for 14 business days. Upon customer approval, a digital invoice is issued. Installations will only commence after invoice payments are verified by our finance team or processed via Paystack.
3. Acceptable Use of Software
The Paulsavz POS system, available at pos.paulsavz.com, is subject to license fees. Any attempts to tamper with licensing keys, bypass local-offline security integrity, or reverse engineer the cashier register code will result in immediate service suspension.
